Hi, my name is Rick Schneider.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoyed a 40 year career in Information Technology. My corporate focus was IT strategy, executive communications, and performance / project management.

My vision for “retirement” is to do something for myself that could also benefit others. I’ve done some research and a lot of thinking about what retirement could mean for baby boomers like myself that may have 30 years to live after a traditional career ends. I’d like to share my ideas and resources as well as learn from your ideas. Together I hope to provide useful information and thoughtful insight that’s helpful to many.
